Who we are and what we offer

This store is operated by RDF NEGÓCIOS LTD under the Ampara Care brand. These terms apply to use of the store and purchases of digital e-books. Read them together with our Privacy, Digital Delivery and Refund policies. You can save or print these pages for your records.

Product information and ordering

Review the title, language, file format, compatibility, price and access conditions before ordering. Items marked “coming soon” cannot currently be purchased. For available products, select the item, review and correct your cart and contact details, and complete payment through checkout. The amount and currency shown at checkout govern the payment; applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm. Optional extras require your agreement.

Use accurate details and a payment method you are authorised to use. A payment authorisation or automated acknowledgement alone is not acceptance of an unavailable product. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or supply the content. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and return any payment taken.

Delivery and personal-use licence

Delivery is digital, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Unless the product description grants broader rights, the purchase provides a non-exclusive licence to download and read the e-book for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a personal backup. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, upload or commercially reproduce the file without the rights holder's permission, except as permitted by law.

Cancellations and remedies

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and remedies for missing or defective digital content. These terms do not themselves obtain your consent to waive a statutory cancellation right.

Appropriate use and responsibility

Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation or access another person's orders. Keep any account credentials and download links private. Our editorial material is intended for reading and reflection and is not a substitute for professional advice.

We are responsible for losses for which the law makes us responsible. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights relating to digital content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, but this does not remove our obligations for purchases already made.

Changes, complaints and applicable law

The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order. Later updates apply prospectively. Please contact us first with a complaint so we can try to resolve it. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their place of residence.
