Cancelling a digital purchase

For UK consumers, the standard cancellation period for a digital-content contract is 14 days from the day after the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email if you wish to cancel. No physical return is required.

That cancellation right ends when supply of digital content begins only if you have first expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel, and received the required confirmation. Agreeing to general terms or receiving a download link alone does not replace those requirements. If those conditions are not met, we do not treat a download as automatically removing your statutory cancellation right.

Content that is faulty, missing or not as described

Contact us if a file is corrupted, cannot be accessed, was not delivered, or materially differs from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Any repair or replacement will be free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation and remain available after download.

How to request help or a refund

Email us with your name, order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. For a cancellation, you do not have to give a reason. Screenshots can help with technical issues, but are not a condition for exercising legal rights.

Refund processing

For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision. Other statutory refunds follow the applicable legal time limit. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

After a valid cancellation or full refund, please stop using the refunded content and delete your copies; we may disable its download link. This does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider or pursue a legal remedy.

Optional cancellation form

You can email this statement, but do not have to use it: “To RDF NEGÓCIOS LTD / Ampara Care: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content: [title]. Ordered on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
