Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Ampara Care sells downloadable e-books. No printed book or parcel is shipped, and no shipping charge applies to digital-only orders.

When and how you receive your e-book

For a title available for purchase, the download link is sent to the email entered at checkout after successful payment confirmation. Pending, declined or incomplete payments do not release the file. Delivery is handled through the store's Digital Products service. Any different release date or delivery arrangement will be stated on the product page before purchase.

Check your inbox and spam or promotions folders. A payment receipt is separate from the message containing the download link. Where enabled, a download may also be available on the order-status page.

Access and compatibility

Check the product description for the file format, language, compatible software and any download limits before ordering. You need an internet connection to download and a compatible reader to open the file. Keep a personal backup after downloading. Do not share your private download link.

Missing email or damaged file

If payment is confirmed but your link has not arrived, or a link or file does not work, contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will verify the order and provide access, resend the link or address the file problem. If we cannot supply the purchased content, the remedies in our Refund Policy apply.

Titles marked “coming soon” are not currently available to buy. Their appearance in the library is not a delivery promise or a pre-order.
